Last updated: October 16, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Pendlerlogg (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles your information. Pendlerlogg is developed by Maxime Van den Kerkhof.

Our Privacy Commitment

Pendlerlogg does not collect any data. The app makes no network connections. It has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following on your device only:

This data is stored in the app’s own storage on your device. It is not synced to iCloud or any other service. Like all app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer), which are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

Device Features the App Uses

Files and the Share Extension

Exporting Your Data

You can export a year’s log as a PDF or CSV file, together with a zip file of your receipts. The export is created on your device and only leaves it when you choose where to send or save it in the share sheet. What happens to it after that is governed by the app or service you choose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to anyone. We never receive it in the first place.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual stays, home trips and receipts in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

Children’s Privacy

Pendlerlogg is designed for adults who commute for work and does not knowingly collect information from children. The app collects no information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
